I’ve been looking forward to Barcamp for awhile now. In fact, my husband now works for one of the Platinum Sponsors. So, yeah, I’m pumped.
A posse of us here at MCB wanted to speak about Building Community Via Self-Publishing Portals, and there are plenty of speaker spots open at Cafe Coco. Unfortunately they all seem to conflict with somebody I wanted to hear on the main stage. (If you think I’m missing Penelope Trunk after all the BlogHer stuff went down, you’re nuts.) So, yes, we’ll try to squeeze an MCB presentation in at Coco somewhere. And hopefully I’ll see you at any or all of these:

Got a link to what happened to/with Penelope Trunk at Blogher?
Ooops. yes, I do.
(I also fixed the article.)
the wife and i will be there. probably taking in more of the marketing things, she needs some prodding to get into blogging her own voice
I’ll be there, and I’m going to try to bring Karsten along. I pitched it as something about the nexus of technology and art. I may have oversold it, but it’ll be open to interpretation. Plus, he never can resist an opportunity to drink with Chris Wage.
