Silence started it. But Jack Lail brought it to my attention in his referring post.

The debate is that the NYT seems to think that proper attribution on a blog consists of not only a link, but a clear description of the linksource.

I never realised until this moment in time that I do it both ways. It just depends on my mood.

Anyway, they’re talking about it over at Michael Silence’s Blog, No Silence Here.

(Hope I covered all the bases for the NYT lady.)
