Look at this comment that just came through.

I don’t think this bodes well for a major news organization to be sending spam comments out on blogs. It seems to me there is credibility at stake here…

Has anybody else seen this kind of “legitimate” spamming going on?

My first reaction was that I thought it was pretty cheap for a serious news show to be going after the Jerry Springer market. I felt really superior for condemning them.

Then I went straight to the TV and set the DVR.

I saw them promo this story last night during HIMYM.

The one reassuring thing is that I no longer have to look at a calender to know when November is here.

I’m so pissed off at WKRN (VV and NIT) that any play for bloggers by a competitor, however misconceived, is a plus.

If I ever strike it big (with a news-worthy picture or story or whatever) I can tell you where I won’t take it…
