Have y’all been keeping up with Kathy T.’s Old Photo blogging project? She’s been posting old pictures of her family, grandparents, parents and lots of stuff from when she was kid. I’ve found it particularly interesting because I love how she tells stories about what’s going on in the photo and stories about who’s in the photo, like today:

Okay, see my cousin Mark? He was always so fun to be around. He was a city boy transplanted to the country when his Mom (my Mom’s sister) moved the family from New Jersey to rural Indiana. But he embraced that country life and one day took his gun to go hunting on Grandpa’s farm*. He was so proud when he came back to the house to show that he nabbed a duck**!

I know Kathy introduced herself today as the Real Estate and Neighborhoods Editor but I wanted to point out to you just how talented and creative she is. (She’s inspired me to go digging for old photos and to reminisce about time gone by.)
