….is the bottom dropping out on any potential trade in which the Titans could get anything of value for Adam “Pac-Man” Jones.

It was really only a matter of time before another negative story with Pac-Man somehow involved hit the presses.   And with it, the value the Titans can get for the Pac-Man drops yet again.  At this point, we just need to cut our losses and turn the guy loose.  I am beginning to doubt he’ll ever play a down in the NFL ever again.

We should’ve traded him while the trading was good….

His name should be passed along (no pun intended) to the casting director for “The Longest Yard, III”.

No doubt, and I think this “extortion” story is only going to get uglier . . . I find it hard to believe that they are only looking at this as a case of extortion. It sounds to me (from what I’ve heard official docs say about the case) that Pacman was only arguably a victim in these purported payoffs. Jones obviously wanted this guy to keep quiet about any involvement on the part of Jones, and even if the rough-up-for-pay target changed from strip-club mgt. to “Pacman’s family” Jones is still culpable for the former. Yikes.

I always assumed they didn’t dump him at the first incident due to some legal contract issue. May as well rename the NFL to National Felons league.
